Sensors Workshop mit eatexcellence

Join our hands-on workshop, where you learn how to standardize and ensure a consistent quality for your own product, which is a usual and important process in big food manufacturing companies!

Food consultant Nadya Bel Houari from the food consulting agency eat excellence will show you how to dive deeper into the world of sensory training. Your taste will be trained and you will get to know different methods for a standardized evaluation process, which you can apply on your own product and integrate it into your daily business. During Product Part II (Agenda) you will first taste comparable products, before tasting and evaluating your own products.

The workshop will be held in German but the workshop can be held in English if required.
